October is here! Here are your Fall home maintenance reminders.  

It’s that time again…October is a great time to prepare for the colder weather that lies ahead. You can stress less by taking care of the following before the flurries start flying!  

• Check and clean your fireplace and chimney, if needed 
• Clean your oven range hood filter 
• Clear leaves from your eavestroughs 
• Check your roof for signs of wear and damage 
• Close the outside hose connection 
• Close your windows and skylights 
• Clean and activate your HRV if it was turned off for the winter 
• Prepare your outdoor plants and trees for winter
