The Blake Wilson Group Is Evolving To Serve You Better

To my valued clients, referral partners and supporters, I have some exciting news to share. These changes were only made possible because of your support. 

Over the past twelve months, I’ve been busy evolving how I serve my clients. This is partly because I saw the benefit that greater collaboration could bring to my clients, but also because I have always strived to be different from other mortgage brokers. This year I’ve rebranded and grown from Blake Wilson, Mortgage & Financing Broker (solo), to The Blake Wilson Group, a team of 7 professionals.  

 Here’s what the Blake Wilson Group offers, how we’re different, and what you can expect if you or somebody you know works with us:   

  • Like before, we continue to provide a one-stop shop for individuals seeking mortgages and any form of business or commercial financing, but we’ve added two seasoned Brokers (David & Susan Skinner) and a Manager (Joan Cote) to our residential mortgage practice.   • I continue to lead all commercial financing services, but I am now supported behind the scenes by a former management consultant/MBA and an Analyst. 
  • We continue to work with New-to-Canada and foreign buyers. We now have capacity to deliver all services in Mandarin through a full-time bilingual Financing Analyst. 
  • We’ve increased our analytical capacity for both residential and commercial clients through the addition of an Economics graduate who has successfully completed his level two Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) examination. 
  • We’ve relocated. You can now find us at 2102 Oxford Street above the Noble Grape. We’re located on a major bus route, have free client parking behind our building, and on-street hourly parking around our building. 
  • You can continue to reach me directly on my cell phone at 902-329-3835 or you can now call our main office line at 902-835-6420 where you’ll be greeted by a member of our team and quickly put in touch with the best person to assist you.

  • If you engage us, you’ll have a primary contact person within our team, but you’ll also have several professionals working behind the scenes on your file.
