Project overview
Full restoration of an older structure at 230 Wyse Road into new leasehold space for NSH and IWK. The project included major demolition, underground plumbing trenching, fire alarm replacement, sanitary line work, Robb joist review and repair, full MEP upgrades, floor levelling, new siding, roof replacement, rainwater leader rework, and paving renewal. An additional 4,000 sf second phase was designed and added during construction.
