Project overview
A comprehensive structural upgrade and full interior/exterior renovation of the existing building at 85 Portland Street. The project included removal of brick cladding and windows, full structural framing replacement, new metal siding, vinyl windows, gutters, rebuilt interiors, new flooring and finishes, kitchen cabinetry, upgraded electrical systems, and sprinkler improvements. Two street-facing commercial units were also delivered as turnkey spaces.
