The adaptive reuse project will give new life to the existing structure while creating much-needed rental housing in an established and well-connected area of the city.

Project overview

Construction is now underway, beginning with asbestos abatement, mould remediation, and interior demolition. The project will progress through a comprehensive building conversion to create contemporary residential suites, with completion anticipated in Fall 2027.
