Project overview
New construction of a 13,000 sf two-storey tilt-up concrete building combining dedicated office and warehouse space. The office section includes partnered business areas, service counters, private offices, shared washrooms, lunchroom, board room, storage, and an exterior patio. The warehouse includes a 31-foot-high roof, three overhead doors, and a loading dock ramp. The project was delivered while the client operated from temporary office trailers on site.
